How often does the shuttle run?
The shuttle runs on demand from the first to the last daily flight. Provide your flight details at booking so we can transfer you on time.
How secure is the car park?
The entire site is fenced, locked and monitored by CCTV around the clock.
Do I have to hand over my key?
No. With standard parking you self-park and keep your key. Only the valet service involves handing over the vehicle.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats for children aged 2+ are available on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup automatically – even for delays.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival.
How do I pay?
For now you pay conveniently on arrival – cash or card. Online payment is coming soon.
What does an extra day cost?
Extension days cost €10.00 per day.
